Chief Community Manager

Reporting to TheTitleFight’s Digital Strategist, the Senior Community Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and the execution of innovative, creative programs to engage and grow TheTitleFight’s community of sellers and buyers. The successful candidate will have experience working with online communities and understand the importance of networking and relationships. S/he should be passionate about working with innovative people and quick to see and/or create connections between different industries. Most importantly, the person in this role should be excited by the challenge of building the platform into one of the most vibrant and unique communities the online world has seen.

Your Mojo

  • Strategically build and oversee the execution of programs that will engage the community to collaborate and help them grow and sustain successful businesses on
  • Identify important community issues and bring them to the attention of the team while serving as a bridge between the company and the community.
  • Plan, host and attend community events.
  • Exhibit leadership skills which can be used to build and lead other team members.
  • Work with the analytics team to measure effectiveness, communicate findings and implement results to improve future campaigns and partnerships.
  • Develop a system to collect campaign results and clearly illustrate the benefit to potential or current partnerships.
  • Be the community Champion representing our brand.
  • Spanish fluency strongly desired but not required.
