Price Gives Tickets for British Soldiers

DAVID PRICE has donated 50 tickets for his big fight against Matt Skelton to British forces.

The tickets will go to the 2nd Lancaster Regiment who are currently deployed on Herrick 18 and go to Afghanistan over Christmas.

But the troops will be ringside when the patriotic scouser defends his British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles against Skelton at Aintree Racecourse on Friday November 30.

Price said: “We should all spare a thought for our military services especially with Christmas.

“There will be many of them deployed all over the world at Christmas away from their family and loved ones.

“If giving some tickets to watch be defend by championship belts helps boost them then nobody will be more pleases than myself.”

Price’s second defence of his titles will be screened live and exclusive on BoxNation (Sky 437/Virgin 546). You can join at
